Our second day in LA began wth a visit to The Broad, a recently opened contemporary art museum in the downtown area. After lunch at the adjacent Otium Restaurant (one of the best meals I've ever had), we walked a few blocks to The Last Bookstore. Later in the day we drove to Rancho Palos Verdes Beach, home of the Trump National Golf Club (!), and walked down to the beach to watch the sunset. Unfortunately I don't have any photos from this day. Just before leaving out hotel in the morning I'd put my camera battery into its charger to make sure it was fully charged, then left without putting in back in my camera! But here are some pics taken by other people.
