The final stop on our tour of Vietnam was Halong Bay. After a three-hour drive from Hanoi, we boarded the Paradise Elegance for an overnight cruise of the bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The weather could not have been better, and we enjoyed the perfect sunset as we drank cocktails and chatted with fellow passengers from the UK and US. We were scheduled to eat dinner in the dining room, but when we arrived at the appointed time Keiko found the air-conditioned room too cold. It only took a few minutes for our "butler" to set up a table outside, and so it was that we enjoyed a romantic, candle-lit meal for two under the stars!
